State Climate Plan Renewable Energy Recommendations: Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado climate action plans identified several emission reduction options that included energy produced from agricultural and forest management biomass, landfill and animal operation biogas, and in-state ethanol and biodiesel production and use.
