Slight Progress Made On Recommended Actions in Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta

The 2012 report card assessing action taken on issues in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta shows improvement in some areas and decline in others. Issued annually by the Delta Vision Foundation, the report evaluates the status of water supply reliability and the progress that governing bodies have made in implementing the actions recommended in the Delta Vision Strategic Plan, the goals of which include restoring the Delta ecosystem and ensuring water supply reliability. The report card shows a 3 percent increase in progress made over last year on implementing the 85 recommended actions.
