The four climate scientists who testified before a House Select Committee on Energy Independence and Global Warming--James McCarthy, Lisa Graumlich, Chris Field, and James Hurrell--have written an opinion piece for Politico that discusses the importance of considering the scientific process and scientific evidence when making climate policy decisions.
